As a Humphrey Fellow, he studied Workforce Development in the United States of America and visited and audited academic programs in University of Buffalo and Michigan State University (MSU).
He is an MSW from a reputed institution. He was awarded the best out going student when he graduated from the college.
He worked as a G.M (HR) in Kamaz Motors till August 2014. Before that he worked for Ford India both Manufacturing and IT divisions, BODHI, Mahindra Holidays, Bharat Hotels ( Lalit group), ITDC, Cement Corporation of India and VHNSN College. His work experience in Pan India for the past 21 years made him versatile.
His roles include Performance Management Systems, Industrial Relations, and Formulation of HR policies Organizational Development initiatives. His expertise in HR field spans across Industries such as Manufacturing, Service, Information Technology and Academic fields.
As a Human Resources Professional he had specialized in Learning and Development He is very proficient in designing, developing and delivering managerial and workmen programs. CSR was also his passion and created internal processes for CSR during his tenure in MNC company.
His accomplishments include the certification of Hubert H Humphrey by the President of United States and Secretary to the US Department of State. He is also the only non American to have obtained a certificate as Business Solutions Professional by Michigan State University.
He has published professional articles in Express Hotelier and Caterer magazine. He visits prestigious universities / colleges as a faculty in HRD & Public relations. He is also a visiting faculty in National Law School University, Bangalore on Leadership & Public policies.
He is a linguist who can converse in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada fluently other than English and Tamil which is his mother tongue.
