Suganya Malaravan has started her career as an Asst. Professor in a reputed Arts & Science College, Chennai and for the past 5 years she is co coordinating and anchoring Organisational Intervention and Training initiatives of BODHI, among corporates, educational Institutions and Tamilnadu Police Academy. She has been helping number of children to achieve their career aspiration through Psychometric Assessment and Counseling. Her expertise rests on human psychology, T.A and NLP.
She pursues her P.G in Psychology, at university of Madras and is keen in working with people development. She is also a certified Trainer in conducting behavioural related programs.
