Ms. Kalavathi Amarachelvam is a postgraduate in Medical and Psychiatric work from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She is also a postgraduate in Personnel Management and currently doing her Ph.D. in Behavioural Science. She has 14 years of corporate experience in a large public sector oil company. She is one of the founder directors of BODHI and heading career division for the past 14 years.
Her innovative research work in the area of Career Counseling has helped many a youngster and adult zero on in their latent potential and finds the right job fit to ensure Success. She has conducted various Developmental Training programs for public and corporate.
She has published various articles on career, study & behaviour related problems. She is heading a team that responsible for doing research, evolving and administering ‘Psycho metric Tests’ and counsel them in the areas of Personality, Behavior Modification, Aptitude, Internal Motivators. Currently she is one of the Director of Bodhi. She is a columnist in Times of India news magazines in the area of Career Counseling.
