Mrs. Kalavathi Amarachelvam is a postgraduate in medical and psychiatric work from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She is also a postgraduate in personnel management and has 14 years of corporate experience in Indian Oil Corporation. She is one of the founder directors of BODHI and heading its career division for the past 12 years.

She is heading a team that responsible for doing research, evolving and administering ‘Psycho metric Tests’ and counsel them in the areas of personality, behavior modification, aptitude, internal motivators. She was a columnist in Times of India news magazines in the area of Career Counseling.
