About the Assessment & Usage Choosing one’s Career should precede choosing the course. Unfortunately most parents and students ignore this cardinal principle and choose the course first, based on environmental influences. It is only after they finish the course and start working or become confused in their mid career they realize of their unsuited career when its too late to make a career change.
Our Career Sure test (CST) is an assessment tool based on a model wherein all the 4 crucial factors – Interest, Internal Motivators, Aptitude & Personality to identify one’s right Career. Discounting any one factor can cost heavily, often irreversibly. This assessment has been meticulously tested by individuals, educational institutions and corporate houses. It is made to suit to Indian / Asian culture and standards unlike certain standardized tests which are attuned to the western mind.
Our assessment report will elicit one’s interest inclinations, internal motivators, aptitude level and personality traits objectively. Also a final report will be appended along with suitable career options / choices for one to make the right career decision.
Eligibility:Anyone who is 14 years & above. CST caters to the following three segments of people with the same model with varied content suiting to each category.
- High School students who are studying 9th std & above
- College students who would like to change one’s career or like to continue further studies
- Adults (Working Professional & Unemployed) who would like to change one’s career
COUNSELING:
Our test reports are very comprehensive and made to interpret easily by the readers. However, in our experience, we have found many clients want more understanding on the following issues and take personal counselling with our counsellors after the test:
- Which career is best among the choices we have suggested?
- Why my liking of career (s) is not found in the suggested list (for example I have nurtured the dream of becoming a Doctor but your list doesn’t suggest medicine?)
- If I do not get admission on courses suggested by you what steps I need to take further?
- Parents feel happy about the clarity on/of career choices, but unhappy about children’s study skills, addiction of electronic gadgets, lack of concentration, behaviour problems etc.,
Please note our counselling will not include recommendation of best colleges and admission process etc.,
If the counselee is the student of High school or College,we strongly recommend the participation of both parents during the counselling process.
