This is for your kind information that we are using your Psychometric tests as of the tools for selection & recruitment process for the last one year and we are very happy with the value addition it has brought to the whole process. Over a period of time, it has become an integral process and also for our final decision making. We are also sharing the summary of the report with the selected candidates for working on these areas for improvements and also to further strengthen their strength areas.
Further, we have also used the above tool for selection of candidates for one our scheme called Young an d Bright (nurturing young talents, below 30 years with consistent track record and professional qualification). Out of the total 30 nominations, we have selected 10 candidates and the results of the test was the final deciding factor and the management is very happy that our decision was fair and accurate. These short listed candidates given copy of their test results and all of them appreciated the accuracy of the tool and working on improving the scores in the grey areas.

Dear Dr Rajmohan, we’ve been using “Right Fit” test for over two years now. We are four years old with 70 employees on board as of date.

In the first two years of our organization, while we were able to evaluate candidates on job related knowledge, we were clueless on evaluating them on “Personality & Aptitude” front during the short interview sessions.
