The process had put us on the first step towards self-exploration. Who Am I and Who Am I not and also Who Am I not to be are the triggers towards inner journey. Thanks Dr.Raj.

The process work by Dr.Rajmohan was immensely helpful in exploring the hidden self in one. The experience was revealing and gave profound insights about oneself. I strongly recommend this program for leaders who would like to go beyond the surface level effectiveness to a transformational experience. The Psychoanalysis techniques were effective and the way Dr.Rajmohan conducted was non-intrusive with due respect to every individuals openness and comfort. Thank Dr. Rajmohan and wish him the best in his endeavors.

Feel blessed to be a part of a lab program at this age. Went there with no idea of what the program was. As the process started slowly got aligned to it. I am still digesting the learnings there. Slowly trying to be mindful. Able to differentiate between my feelings and thought. The entire team made me so comfortable.

Hi dears, good morning all, I felt like sharing my view on our workshop at Yercaud, it’s a different experience I had, and to be crisp, my sleep is been disturbed for past 3 days, its not in negative sense, but surely in positive sense, it’s making me to realise where I was and where i am and where I need to be… Really I had good interactive and brainstorming session… Thanks to all for making a comfortable journey, esp to Dr. Raj sir, for a giving a wonderful opportunity…

I have been trying to revisit my values, principles and purpose of life since I joined my new organisation.
The process workshop has really helped me to understand myself better and give me confidence to see my  life more meaningful and useful. 

It was a pleasure working with Bodhi Consultants, Chennai. Bodhi had helped us in developing a competency framework, assessment centre and individual development plan for Mid Level Managers.
The professionalism and competence shown by Dr.Rajmohan and his team is commendable. His approach was simple, connected well with all managers for them to identify their competencies and work on to become better.

Dr.Rajmohan is one of the most liked resource person by the participants in my organization, He is open, genuine and honest in giving feedback to the participants. Many say that he calls a spade a spade, truthfully points out the changes, and displayed genuine interest in making the participants better.

Dr.Rajmohan was involved in programs through which the organization was keen on seeing results. As a result every program that he conducted was well conceived, structured and designed to suit the requirements of the organization, participants and the sponsors. His session have been effective with all levels of participants as he has the ability to reach to their needs. He has conducted programs for senior managers, middle-level executives, junior level staff, and also for workmen, during which he has made everyone feel at ease as he is versatile–whether in choosing a language or examples.

The program he conducted on Team Building for the senior manager of our plants are even now talked about and many feel that was a turning point. The participants of MDP (management development program) have expressed that they have understood their personality and why’s of their behavior after attending his session. His program for building bridges between plant staff and workmen was first-of-its-kind, which resulted in breaking of ice and shedding of inhibition that had lasted for many years and got resolved to constant dialogue between them.personally it has been quite refreshing working with him.

Bodhi is helping us in identifying the right candidates as Management Trainees and shaping them up as Branch Managers. It is their commitment and conviction in their work which has helped our new management staff to blend with our culture yet keeping their identity distinct. I wish them success in all their endeavours.

Bodhi has done excellent work in building relationships amongst our employees from Senior level Managers to Workmen. It is courage of conviction in their philosophy that has helped us in bringing ‘Change in Attitude’ amongst our Employees.

Bodhi has helped us in building our vision and we are extremely happy for the work done. Dr. Raj Mohan is a great inspirer and Motivator. His ability in understanding the people and processes has helped us as a team in drafting our vision. He and his team have great passion and conviction towards people development

The participants have found the exercises, at self and team level, on exploring themselves as individuals and their role as member of a team, not only useful, but thought provoking as well. It was enriching for the participants as many of them were going through a transition in their business roles.
