What is a Psychometric Test?

  • Aptitude(Logical, Numerical, Verbal, Spatial, Mechanical, Abstract Reasoning)
  • Personality Traits(Values, Emotional Style, Decision-Making, Time Management, Interpersonal Needs)

The result is a personalized, integrated report that identifies the student’s ideal career fit.

Methodology
  • Online or OMR-based testing
  • Conducted in batches of 100 students (2–3 batches can run simultaneously)
  • Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours per batch
  • Administered within school or college premises

Post-assessment, students and parents attend a group counseling session (up to 50 participants) led by trained career counselors. The session addresses:

Employability Quotient Test assesses the skills namely Cognitive, Functional and People skills.

Any college student who wants to assess his/ her employability level, be it technical or non-technical can take up Employability Quotient Test.

Who can avail Employability Quotient test for Adults?

Any working Professional or those looking for job, who wants to assess one’s employability level, be it technical or non-technical can opt for Employability Quotient Test for Adults.

Corporates, Companies, Organization and Institution can use this tool for their selection, recruitment, promotion, job rotations and also for training purposes. This test can be availed at 2 levels, namely Executive and Managerial level.

At Executive Level:

This test helps to recruit / select the right candidate for the right position (0-2 Years) be it technical or non-technical. It assesses one’s Cognitive Skill, Functional Skill and People’s skill.

At Managerial Level:

This test helps to recruit /select the right candidate for the right position (Junior to senior positions) be it technical or non-technical. It assesses one’s Cognitive Skill, Functional Skill, People’s skill & Managerial Skill.

Any Teacher/Faculty, who wants to be aware of “Who I am “and “Where I am “in terms of employability. As well as improve further to become competitive in the market.

This test assess, namely: Cognitive Skill, Functional Skill, People’s Skill, and Executive Skill.

This test can be availed at 2 levels, namely:

Sales Fit Executive:

Any Company or Corporate who wants to recruit /select the right sales executives of 0-2 years of experience.

Sales Fit Managers:

Any Company or Corporate who wants to recruit /select the right sales Managers.

  • Go to the Home Page and click “Pay Test” which will take you to “Test Menu” Page.
  • Choose the relevant test meant for you and Click “Buy Test”.
  • Fill up all the details required in that page and then select terms and conditions – click close & Go back. After which it’s mandatory to click Pay Checkout which will take you to the Payment Gateway screen which is CCAvenue
  • In CC Avenue, you can verify the billing address and then choose the payment mode (like debit / Credit Card/Net Banking). Also, you have to enter the appropriate details according to the payment mode you have chosen.
  • After entering all the required details and clicking the submit button below the page, you will be re-directed to secured transaction page of the banking/credit card service provider. Please ensure you give a correct e mail ID.
  • After submitting the page, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press back or Refresh button. Non adherence will lead you to double charges.
  • Once you got into your secured transaction page, you will complete the payment process. Once completed you will be asked that whether you want to continue to go back to BODHI site or cancel.
  • You have to click Continue to get redirected to BODHI site, to confirm the order.
  • Once you got redirected back to BODHI , your payment process will be confirmed.
  • Once your payment process gets confirmed, an intimation from CC Avenue (the payment gateway) / a receipt will go to your e mail Id.
  • After the payment advice you will get your log in ID & Password in to your mail ID. In case if you are not getting your login Id into your mail, check your spam. If you still have not got the ID / PW despite of your payment confirmation, please write to us with your order number.
  • If you have a payment advice and if the fee is shipped to us we will help you in getting ID /PW.

On successful enrolment, you shall be provided with an ID and a password. You will also get an instructions page that would provide a comprehensive list of self explanatory dos and donts. Follow the instructions and complete the test.

On completion of the test, your report shall be automatically populated and you would receive it to your mail ID.

If you happen to not receive it in your mail or spam, please write to us at bodhi@bodhi.co.in with your ID and Password. We shall assist you with your report copy.

Tests have to be taken at a stretch only. There shall be a relaxing time of maximum 5 minutes for aptitude tests beyond which the ID shall get locked.

ID and Password will work for a maximum of 3 attempts only after which it shall get locked.

Yes. You can. There is a possibility for you to have acquired / improved few skills, changed or modified your attitude / habits or went through any traumatic or dramatic instances which would bring about a noticeable change in your results. However, in general, there will not be any drastic change in one’s aptitude or attitude in a short span of time.

No. This is a development focussed activity. The more authentic the information you share, the more credible report would be obtained. This is done for your personal development in terms of your future / career / life.

If you are interested to take up further guidance and direction, you can opt to take up counselling the details of which shall be mentioned in the covering letter of your report.

Yes. The payment for counselling is separate. It will be duly mentioned in the cover page of the report.

No. It is Optional. However, during most of the instances, parents or the particular person concerned will be inquisitive on the rationale through which a particular finding is suggested.

Yes. Our Career Sure Test (CST), Employability Quotient (Emp Q) and Right Fit are patented.

Yes. All our tests are statistically validated for reliability and validity.

If you are a school or college student and if your institution has enrolled for a group of students for any specific test, you may take it up as a group.

Our Payment CC Avenue is a secured payment gate way. BODHI will be receiving your payments only when the payment process is approved and cleared by CC Avenue. If there are any payment related issues pending with CC Avenue, BODHI will not be responsible for the same.

Payment can be made online through our secured website. You may alternatively reach out to us for payment through our QR Code which can be obtained by reaching out to our executive in charge for payments.

Sorry. We do not have the facilities to take up the tests from our office location.
