Train the Trainer

BODHI Organizational and People Development Consultants offers this program, for those who are passionate about people development – as independent trainers, consultants, L&D Executives and educators. This holistic program focuses on “Trainer’s Self Congruence, strategies, tools and assessments as a step-by-step process.

Our Train the Trainer cohort is uniquely diverse with 90% being seasoned technical trainers who need assistance in approaching training through structured process. We also have teaching professionals who bring pedagogical depth. Our training program is designed in such a way it will be holistic and impactful.

The program facilitators’ rigorous training experience will abundantly help participants to internalize the experience and evolve as effective trainers with grounding to reality is assured. The practical approach entails self-reflection, interactive engagement, role plays, case studies, presentations and evaluation of participation by facilitators and peer group. The certification program from BODHI will be upon completion of the mandated hours of workshop and evaluation by industry and academia experts
