Saravana Sampath S is a Learning & Organisation Development professional, who has passionately made a difference to thousands of working professionals and students in enhancing their skills and realising their potential. He describes of his journey of 21 years, as moving up the value chain from transferring knowledge as a faculty member in BITS Pilani, to helping professionals tap in to their human potentials as a training manager, and recently in to creating organisational synergies as a L & D professional.
His expertise include initiatives to empower and engage employees, some of which include,
- (i) Self directed teams to empower the bottom of the pyramid employees,
- (ii) Developing high performance teams through strategic OD interventions,
- (iii) Developing people managers to create functional teams and
- (iv) Creating and deploying engagement frameworks and
- (v) Driving culture change through culture studies and action plans.
His previous assignments include Hanzen Drives (currently ZF) Kivar enterprises, Manipal Health enterprises, Yasodha hospitals and Medi Assist.
