Career Sure test™

About the Assessment & Usage Choosing one’s Career should precede choosing the course. Unfortunately most parents and students ignore this cardinal principle and choose the course first, based on environmental influences. The realization of choosing an unsuited career dawns on them only in their midcareer / life and changing stream at that stage becomes critical and poses a great challenge.

Our Career Sure test (CST) is an assessment tool based on a comprehensive / indigenous model consists of the 4 crucial factors – Interest, Internal Motivators, Aptitude & Personality to identify one’s right Career. Discounting any one the above factors can cost heavily, often has irreversible effects. This assessment tool has been meticulously tested by individuals, educational institutions and corporate houses for its relevance and credibility. It is made to suit to Indian & Asian culture and its standards unlike certain standardized tests which are attuned to the western mind.

Our CST assessment report will reveal one’s interest inclinations, internal motivators, level of aptitudes and traits of personality objectively. Each assessed factors will be in the form of a report along with a final report with suitable career options / choices for one to make the right career decision.

Eligibility:Anyone who is 14 years & above. CST caters to the following three segments of people with the same model with varied content suiting to each category.

  • High School students who are studying 9th std & above
  • College students who would like to change one’s career or like to continue further studies
  • Working professional who would like to change one’s career

Right Fit™ / Recruitment & Selection for companies

About the Assessment & Usage: Increasing costs in recruitment and selection is an increasing concern for the HR Dept. Multiple strategies to contain this has met with an unpardonable challenge of ‘Trendy Attrition’. When HR executives anxiously ask us for assessment tools to identify the ‘rolling stones’ we unequivocally say,’ there is no magic wand to cure this problem’. Prudent people will concur that ‘attrition’ depends on various pull & push factors. But we also unambiguously say that our “Right Fit’ will indicate certain symptoms of those people through candid inferences.

For example – an employee, whose personality is outgoing, requires constant strokes and who may not like to be bound by rules will not fit into a company that follows hierarchy and adheres to rules. This is where the assessment tool comes into play – by revealing one’s traits from which one can infer whether the prospective employee is the “right or wrong fit” for the concerned position.

How is this test different from others?

Close scrutiny of most personality assessment tools available globally will reveal that each personality is put in to a straight jacket irrespective of their variable scores. A classic example would be the classification of the highly extrovert and moderately extrovert personalities – both fall under the “extrovert” tag and carry the same reports as their scoring have no bearing on their traits. On the other hand, we radically differ with the above outcome as we have experienced dissimilar traits in them although the above both are ‘Extroverts’.

With these crucial points in mind, (advantage BODHI) BODHI’s skillful artisans have deftly crafted an assessment tool with multiple usages. Their passion and acumen in this domain has brought the test closer to accuracy- both in its use and application.

As a feedback, Vice Chairman of a leading MNC puts it across, BODHI‘s “Right Fit” integrates one’s aptitude, IQ, EQ and personality. The test results of “BODHI’ s Right Fit’ has been one of the rarest times when the company’s knowledge of a person and a report has matched closely.

BODHI believes that this integration and utmost accuracy of reports brings an organization closer to what “they need to know”. The “Bodhi’s Right Fit” is a patented tool primarily aimed at providing organizations/ institutions the ability to the select a employee who is best suited for their needs.

The secondary usages are:

  • An integrated / inclusive understanding of Personality & Aptitude
  • Present & future employability skills for training
  • Awareness of ‘Who is this person? and ‘Where Is he / she? ’
  • Horizontal & vertical need of a person In terms of responsibility
  • Scope of identifying mentor & coach
  • Identifying leaders etc.,

Competencies Matter

ASK (Attitude, Skill & Knowledge) are interdependent in nature and help companies and individuals to look at one’s ‘Right Fit’ to the position & responsibilities in toto. Apart from the above factor the recipient of the report will become aware to focus and develop on the areas of improvement. Leveraging one’s strength also should be a part of this process of development. Our assessment individually measures the following skills and categorizes them in an orderly and straightforward manner:

  • Cognitive Skill
  • Functional Skill
  • Managerial Skill
  • People’s Skill

Eligibility: Any company or corporate who want to recruit / select the right candidates for the right position (junior level to senior level) be it technical or non technical. Companies can choose their options as both tests are varied.
